Before we load a single item, our crew starts with a quick protection walk-through to identify tight turns, stairs, floors, railings, and high-risk areas. We stage the home for efficiency by clearing pathways, organizing by room, and setting a clear load plan before work begins.

Furniture is disassembled only when needed, hardware is secured and labeled, and items are wrapped and protected before they ever leave your home.

Peace of Mind Included

Before anything goes on the truck, we carefully wrap and protect your furniture based on its size, shape, and finish. We use pads, stretch wrap, and cartons to help prevent scratches, dents, and shifting during the move.

Once everything is loaded, we do a final walk-through of your home to make sure nothing is missed and that items were handled the way they should be. We don't rush out—we leave knowing the job was done right.

First On, Last Off

When there are multiple drop-off locations, load order matters. Items going to the last stop are loaded first, and items for earlier stops are loaded last so everything comes off the truck in the right order. This reduces re-handling, saves time, and helps ensure each location receives exactly what belongs there.

How do we pay?
Payment is collected at the end of the move once everything is completed. We accept credit cards, cash, cashier's checks, or money orders. Credit card payments include a small convenience fee.

Yes. This is an hourly estimate based on the details you provided. Your final cost depends on the actual time it takes, and we bill in 15-minute increments so you only pay for time used.

How far in advance should I book?

    • When Billing Starts & Ends: Time begins when the crew arrives at the origin and ends once all items are fully unloaded.
    • Inventory Accuracy Matters: Undisclosed items, additional boxes, stairs, long carries, or packing needs may increase time and cost.
    • Utility Disconnection: Customers are responsible for disconnecting and reconnecting water, gas, and appliance lines.
    • Restricted Items: We do not transport hazardous materials, liquids, chemicals, plants, weapons, ammunition, cash, jewelry, or medications.

    Valuation & Protection Options

    All moves include basic Released Value Protection at no additional cost, which provides limited coverage based on item weight.

    Full Value Protection is available for purchase and provides more comprehensive coverage based on the declared value of your shipment. If selected, valuation charges will be added to your contract.

    Items of Extraordinary Value (high-value, fragile, or sentimental items) must be disclosed in advance and must be packed and unpacked by our team to be eligible for coverage. Failure to declare these items may result in limited or no liability.

    Possible Additional Charges

    While most moves go as planned, some situations may require additional services, including but not limited to:

    • Additional packing or boxes for undisclosed items
    • Long carries, stairs, elevators, or shuttle service
    • Waiting time due to access delays
    • Extra stops or storage handling
    • Late start requests (after 12 PM)

    We’ll always aim to communicate clearly if additional services are needed to complete your move safely and efficiently.

    Reservation, Cancellation & Payment

    • A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your date. This is not a deposit and does not apply toward moving charges.
    • Your move is not officially booked until the full contract is signed.
    • A credit card is required on file for reservation, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.
    • Final payment is due at the completion of services each day.
    • Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
