High Manor is considered one of Sandy Spring’s historic neighborhoods as wealthy members of Atlanta’s elite made High Manor their summer home in the early 1900s.

The well-rated schools of Sandy Springs are apart of the Fulton County School District, High Manor is considered a family-friendly neighborhood.
