Stonecrest, GA, is in the far southeastern corner of Dekalb County, with a small portion located north of Interstate 20. Nearby towns include Lithonia, Redan, and Snapfinger. Gorgeous mountain ranges and nature preserves surround the area, including the Panola Mountain State Park and Arabia Mountain National.

Stonecrest is located 16.8 miles or about an 18-minute drive from downtown Atlanta.
